Wales win o60s B international

The Wales Veterans' Football Association accepted an invitation to send a ‘B’ team to Kirby-Muxloe for an o60s ‘B’ international against England.

Manager, Jon Parkinson included a number of new faces in the line-up and they secured a deserved victory with Captain, Gary Vaughan, scoring a brace and Mark Jones claiming man of the match.

Parkinson was pleased with the victory saying "it's good to secure a win in our first match since we lifted the o60s Four Nations crown back in March" he continued "having an ever increasing pool of players to select from gives me real encouragement for the 2025 tournament."
