Wales o60s knocked out on penalties at Milton Tournament

Wales Veterans' Football accepted an invitation to defend their o60s trophy recently at the Milton Tournament in Oxfordshire.

Manager, Jon Parkinson took a strong squad who were again confident of success, however, the scorched, bumpy pitches...were not conducive to good football and the games were more about grinding out results. Wales drew their first and second games but secured a satisfying 3 -0 win over Bristol, to help them top the group and advance to the semi-final, where they disappointingly lost on penalties.
