Following an impressive Wales Veterans’ FA o45s trial match on Saturday 3rd September, the manager has selected a strong 'training squad' for the season. Players from this 'pool' will be invited to attend training sessions on Tuesday evenings every 5-6 weeks at Ocean Park in Cardiff.

Ricky explained "I will be contacting players to invite them to the first training session on Tuesday 3rd October and subsequently the Wales o45s Representative squad for the first match of the season against Maccabi GB at Lilleshall National Performance Centre on Saturday 7th October AND a second match on Saturday 25th November 12pm at Ocean Park Arena, Cardiff to Wotton Bassett Over 35s."

Ricky continued [i]"I intend to watch matches throughout the season and ensure we make this the most competitive and successful representative team possible." He added "Whilst this is the current squad for the season ahead, it certainly doesn’t close the door for players 'in form' to be recognised or for replacements to be added due to injuries."
